At AVE Treasures, we take great care in packaging and shipping every item. Many of our products are vintage, collectible, or one-of-a-kind, so we ensure they are handled with the attention they deserve.

Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During holidays or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We ship from the United States using the following carriers and estimated delivery times:

  • USPS First Class Mail: 3-5 business days (items under 1 lb)
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
  • UPS Ground: 3-7 business days
  • FedEx Home Delivery: 3-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select items. If you are located outside the US and are interested in a product, please contact us at support@avetreasures.com to discuss options. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

eBay Orders

Items purchased through our eBay store follow the shipping policies listed on each eBay listing. Shipping for eBay orders is handled through eBay's platform, and tracking information is provided via eBay's messaging system.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website or by contacting us with your order number.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Fragile, vintage, and high-value items are wrapped in protective materials and may be shipped with insurance at our discretion. If you require additional insurance for a high-value item, please contact us before placing your order.


Returns

Return Eligibility

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags (if applicable).
  • You must contact us at support@avetreasures.com to initiate a return before sending the item back.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged, defective, or not as described.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns" on the product listing
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items that have been altered, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorization

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@avetreasures.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide, using a trackable shipping method. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or not as described).
  • Refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • If the returned item does not meet the conditions listed above, the return may be declined and the item shipped back to you at your expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@avetreasures.com. Include photographs of the damage or the incorrect item. We will arrange a return at no cost to you and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

eBay Returns

Returns for items purchased through our eBay store are handled according to the return policy listed on each eBay listing and eBay's buyer protection guidelines. Please initiate eBay returns through eBay's return system.


Exchanges

Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
