AVE Treasures specializes in collectibles, vintage items, and curated treasures. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned items:

  • Colors may vary slightly from photographs due to monitor settings and lighting.
  • Vintage and collectible items may show signs of age, wear, or patina, which is part of their character and value.
  • Item descriptions include known condition details to the best of our knowledge.
  • Some items are one-of-a-kind; once sold, they cannot be reordered.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase and is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards as supported by Stripe.

By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method. If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order will not be fulfilled until valid payment is received.

5. Orders and Fulfillment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is accepted and again when it ships.

Some items listed on our Site may also be available through our eBay store. Inventory is synchronized between platforms, but in rare cases an item may sell simultaneously on both platforms. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for detailed information about shipping methods, timeframes, and costs. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from AVE Treasures pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of AVE Treasures or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
